Improof Solutions was founded in 2009 by Christof Frenay.  Since its inception our management consultancy has played an active role in Driving Performance and implementing Operational Excellence practices and culture in mostly private and some public organisations across Western Europe.  Today Digitisation and the Internet of Things becomes an essential building block.  Improof Solutions actively seeks to improve its capabilities in Industry 4.0 and Big data analytics.
